The Hartford Courant Guild represents all eligible newsroom employees, generally non-supervisors. As of July 2020, there were 49 of us -- we come from all corners of the Courant newsroom and all stages of our careers, from those who have been serving readers for more than 30 years to new employees bringing us fresh perspectives and skills. We organized in February 2019 to preserve and strengthen the Courant for years to come.
